A sparkling white wine produced from red grapes of the BAGA variety with a fruity and slightly flowery aroma which provides a deep and prolonged freshness. The sensation in the mouth is one of ripe fruit and slightly toasty notes with a persistent finish.
Produced from the Baga variety, the grapes are picked at the ideal state of maturation and then fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature and aged for six months on fine lees and subjected to regular batonnage.
After a second fermentation it takes on a pinkish color with a salmon hue with a fine and persistent effervescence. The aroma is fresh with flowery wild berry notes. The sensation in the mouth is one of creamy mousse with a live and balanced acidity.

The location of the vineyards between the Atlantic Ocean and the Buçaco Hills has given rise to a white wine with a
smooth and sedate freshness. The soil, provide this wine with a unique complexity and a harmonious and persistent flavor. It is aged in French oak barrels for six months.
The varieties Baga, Tinta Roriz and Castelão offer a correct balance and elegance. In the nose, it reveals notes of ripe red fruit. With soft tannins and balanced acidity, it boasts a lingering finish.
